Q: Can I travel with a one-way ticket to any country?

A: If you are not a citizen or you have a student visa of that country you cannot travel with a one  way Ticket.  You need to have round-trip ticket (Note, some Airline do not carry passenger with one way Ticket even thou they have student visa).  We advise you contact the airline to know their policy on one way ticket.

Q: Is my ticket refundable?

A: Most of the tickets are non-refundable. Unless you purchase an unrestricted airline ticket, We will educate you the condition of any ticket we are going to issue for you so that you can be well informed

Q: Does the airline allow name changes on airline tickets?

A: Name changes are not allow in any circumstances. Once the ticket is issue the name can't be changed. 

Q: When can I cancel my reservation if I'm not traveling?

A: You must cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours in advance from the date of  departure. If changes are not done within the time limit the ticket will not have any value and can't be use. 

Q: How much is the penalty fee?

A: Penalty fee on date change, cancellation and No-show varies by airlines

Q: On International flights do I need to pay departure tax?

A: Yes. Most countries charge a departure tax at the airport on the day you are returning home and it has to be paid in cash

Q: When I realise I cannot make the trip, what can I do?

A: Call us immediately so that we can cancel the booking before it enters NO-SHOW


Q:  Do I have to pay in full straight away?

A:  This depends. Some 'special offers' require payment to be made at the time of booking. Some other fares could be paid a few days after the reservation is done. Travel Tip - Pay early. We issue the ticket early and you avoid possible fare increases

A:  Yes, you can. We offer travel insurance to Schengen visa and Non-Schengen Insurance of reputable Insurance Company

Q:  Why must I contact your office for ticket when I can buy online or airline offices?

A:  There are various reasons why buying ticket from us is better than online.  These are:

        • We are going to check several airlines and advise the best 

        • When you need to change your ticket, you do not need to leave your home just put a call across to us

        • When you need to refund unused ticket, we will be responsible and go through all the processes

Q: What types of documents are required to travel?

A: The documents are:

      • Valid International passport (it must not be expired before and while you are still abroad)

      • Confirmed ticket

      • Valid Visa of the country of visit

      • Where hotel booking is required, confirmed hotel booking

Q: Must names on the passport be same with ticket?

A:  Yes

Q:  What is the penalty in case there is variation in my name or spelling?

A:  For South Africa Airline the passenger will not be allowed to board while some Airlines will Charge penalty of between $30 and above if it is just a letter difference. Where the surname different, new ticket should be purchased.

Q:  If I want to travel with a child below 18 years to South Africa, what are the documents to be  presented at the Airport?

A:  Documents are:

Copy of birth Certificate

Consent letter from the other parent (mother or father) that is not travelling with the child



Q:  How many pieces of luggage I'm permitted?

A:  Must of the airlines allow you to take 2 pieces of not more 23kg per bag while some airline allows more than.  Please confirm before going to the airport if not you will need to pay for extra luggage

Q:  Can I bring extra luggage?

A:  Yes, you can. Airlines will charge an extra fee for each luggage you bring.

A:  A frequent flyer number is the account number that the airline of your choice provides you to accumulate miles every time you travel.

Q:  How can I earn a free airline ticket?

A:  After you travel a certain amount of air miles the airline company will issue a free ticket- the number of travel miles needed to earn a ticket differs between Airlines. The amount to pay when using miles is determined by the airline. 

Q:  Could a minor flight unaccompanied?

A:  Yes, but you will pay for unaccompanied Minors fee to the Airline.  Note that charges varies from Airline to Airline

Q:  When do I need to get to the Airport 

A:  Get to the airport at least 3 hours before departure because 1 hour before departure check- In counter will close
